More than a shelter—a real opportunity
Fundación Gatuario is a Panamanian nonprofit, created in 2026 by people committed to improving the lives of homeless cats. We begin with a long-term vision: to build a serious, sustainable organization dedicated to feline wellbeing.
We are creating and will operate in Panama a Feline Care and Wellbeing Center unlike any other in the country—with private financing and a plan in development.

Gatuario brings together people who contribute experience, resources, and time to turn a commitment to cats into a concrete initiative.
The Foundation has a Foundation Board and a formal structure of governance, administration, and oversight, under principles of responsibility and transparency. Creation of the Foundation, Campus development, and the start of operations are financed through private donations.

The future Campus Gatuario, approximately 1,200 m², will be the heart of our work: a modern feline care and wellbeing center, currently in development.
